Accountants ALAN JAMES & Co- Host final local network event before Christmas at River Bourne Health Club at Chertsey.

SCOTLAND TRIP- Gale force wind and rain prevent my return flight to Heathrow last week.

I witnessed flying dustbin lids in Stirling town centre, wheelie bins blown over in Falkirk, damaged roof slates landing in the streets of Airdrie and moving tower at Glasgow Fort!

Nevertheless interesting two days investigating the retail centres to the East of Glasgow.

CENTRAL LONDON- This week had several enjoyable meetings and lunch with both friends and clients at the RAC, Pall Mall.

BUSINESS SYNERGIES- Held meeting with local surveyors to explore mutual business referrals and synergies.

Earlier this week had an informal meeting with the regional manager who confirmed that subject to minimum loans of £1million and certain other lending  criteria there were still willing to fund certain commercial property investments and developments.

A very pleasant Tuesday evening with a high number of local business men & women and councillors from Spelthorne Borough Council attended. Great food and ate my first mince pie of the festive season!

The cost is £7.50 per person; the modest increase takes into account our new booking system. Drinks will be itemised by the waiters at the end of the event for everyone to pay individually. 

We will hold a free raffle with some interesting prizes as a thank you for attending.
