Attended and hosted test match at Oval with clients including Tim Seddon, London Director of St Modwen Plc and Gary Lever of CHAPS Ltd and enjoyed lunch at the Brunswick House Cafe.

This week we have been asked to quote for planning consultancy relating to a shop at Whitton where the retailer wants to get an A2 retail use. Also quoted for schedule of condition relating to new shop lease on behalf of a retailer.

Agreed on behalf of landlord lease renewal and schedule of dilaps at Church Parade, Ashford. Resulting in tenant surrendering 2 bed flat and paying capital compensation to the landlord.
