Steve's Introduction

I am both delighted & excited to have recently joined Clarke, Nickolls & Coombs, a company with an impressive history and pedigree. Please do check out our website: www.clarkenickollscoomb.com for more details of the company. Particularly fascinating is how the company has evolved over time and it is now being re-launched locally in Ashford, Surrey as Chartered Surveyors in commercial property agency and also offering an array of good professional services.
Over the last few weeks, it bring backs memoires when 20 years ago, I had set up my first commercial property agency practice in the New Kings Road, London. However in those days there were no social media networks and the internet was in its infancy. My Amstrad desktop computer was large and cumbersome operating on a dos system (no word document for me then).
The most sophisticated office equipment I had then was my combined fax and printer but even this worked at a snail pace! Still like Clarke, Nickolls & Coombs 20 years later we can now embrace all modern technology which now makes our business and services more efficient and user friendly.
As my Father always used to repeatedly remind me, that there is no substitute for experience and accordingly I believe we are adopting this doctrine by virtue of our knowledge and expertise in marketing commercial properties.
Whether it be advising on the lease/licence of a small lock up shop or selling your factory or buying any commercial property for either occupation & use or for your pension or family trust, no instruction is too big or too small.
Clarke, Nickolls & Coombs, are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in commercial & industrial properties located throughout the south-east of England. Furthermore all the professional advice provided is strictly in accordance with the RICS rules. Irrespective of your status we promise to get the best result and deal for you.

STEPHEN ANDERSON (M.D of Clarke, Nickolls & Coombs Ltd)
