After sustaining 3 stitches to the base of my right index finger as result of attempting home DIY during Bank Holiday, I have finally come to the conclusion that I’m not very good at it. Since I was merely trying to remove a broken ceramic toilet roll holder!

Rather strange to have only 3 working days this week but at least it gave me an opportunity to raise new invoices in respected if completed professional work.

Thoroughly enjoyable meeting last Wednesday evening at Ashford Manor Golf club and where we attended the Ashford Chambers of Commerce quarterly meeting and my colleague Peter Hill was sworn in as the new Treasurer. Congratulations on both his Chambers promotion of the Ashford Pride bid and to Chairman Les Ford on his 60th Birthday. For all local businesses and retailers it really is worth joining the Ashford Chamber, who do a great job in promoting the local economy and events. Suggest you contact recruitment Stephen Willoughby to join and his details are swilloughby@robertsontech.com

Had meeting with LLoyd Gash of Blaser Mills who are solicitors based in Staines and Lloyd specialises in property litigation and other property matters. He is very engaging and approachable.

Latest update on our next curry club lunch on the 27th June is that 13 are confirmed to attend.

Next week attending a number of events and try and exploit more business opportunities.
Watch out for my next weekly blog.
